3. Unverified Accounts
To maintain platform security and reduce inactive account data, Pohst may automatically delete user accounts that have not completed email verification within 30 days of registration.
When an unverified account is deleted, associated account information and any data created under that account may be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Users who wish to retain access to their account must complete email verification within the required timeframe.

5. AI Processing

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it, including verifying accuracy, suitability, copyright considerations, and compliance with applicable laws and third-party platform requirements.
Where applicable, users are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated or AI-assisted content is appropriately disclosed, labelled, or identified in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform requirements.
Pohst does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, or suitable for any particular purpose.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok for publishing and analytics functionality. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies.
7. Pohst Services
The Pohst platform consists of multiple services designed to support content publishing, distribution, analytics, and communication workflows.
pohst.app provides Pohst Broadcast, a social media publishing platform used for creating, scheduling, publishing, and analysing content across supported social media channels.
signal.pohst.app provides Pohst Signal, a publishing and distribution service powered by third-party software, including Postiz, which enables additional scheduling, publishing, analytics, and communication features.
Both services may use third-party infrastructure, integrations, and service providers to deliver functionality within the Pohst platform.
8. Email and Communications
Pohst may send transactional emails and service-related communications required to operate the platform, such as account notifications, security messages, system updates, and support communications.
Depending on the services enabled, Pohst may use third-party email delivery providers to send these communications.

Data may be stored and processed in secure cloud infrastructure located in the United States and other regions where service providers operate.
