• Supported third-party integrations such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other connected platforms

2. Purpose of This Policy

Pohst operates as shared SaaS infrastructure used by multiple customers. Fair usage rules help protect platform stability, prevent abuse, and ensure reliable performance and availability for all users.

3. Fair Use of Platform Resources

Users agree not to:

• Excessively overload scheduling or publishing systems
• Automate high-frequency requests beyond normal usage patterns
• Scrape or bulk extract analytics or platform data
• Use AI generation in a way that disrupts system performance
• Attempt to bypass subscription limits, plan restrictions, or usage controls
• Abuse API endpoints or automation systems

4. AI Usage Limits

AI tools are provided for content assistance and workflow support.

To ensure fair access:

• AI usage may be rate-limited during peak demand
• AI availability and limits may vary depending on your subscription plan
• Bulk or automated AI generation may be restricted
• Abusive or repetitive prompting may be throttled

5. X (Twitter) Integration

X API access is subject to third-party platform limits and costs. Customers using X publishing at high volumes may be required to upgrade plans or agree to additional usage arrangements.

6. Scheduling & Publishing Limits

Users may schedule and publish content to connected platforms such as Meta, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

To maintain platform stability:

• Excessive bulk scheduling may be rate-limited
• Publishing patterns that violate third-party platform rules or create abuse risks may be restricted
• System abuse may result in temporary restrictions

7. Analytics Usage

Analytics data (clicks, views, engagement metrics) is provided for normal operational use.

Users may not:

• Scrape analytics data at scale
• Automate continuous extraction of reporting data
• Bypass platform rate limits

8. Pohst Services

Pohst provides multiple services, including Pohst Broadcast and Pohst Signal, which may use third-party technology providers to deliver platform functionality.

Pohst Signal (signal.pohst.app) provides additional publishing, distribution, analytics, and workflow features and may operate with additional service limits and safeguards to maintain platform reliability.

9. Communications and Integrations

Any connected communication, publishing, or third-party services must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements.

Users must not use Pohst or connected services to send spam, unsolicited communications, or abusive content.

10. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to detect and prevent abuse, including:

• Rate limiting requests
• Temporary suspension of features
• Blocking abusive IPs or accounts

11. Service Protection

Fair usage protections are in place to ensure:

• System stability
• Equal access for all users
• Reliable performance of AI and scheduling systems

12. Enforcement

If usage is determined to be abusive or harmful to platform stability, Pohst may:
